Set the breath interval timer, the standby timer, and your preferred color. Aim your phone's screen away from your face and toward a wall or ceiling. Use the color to focus your breathing in and out at the right pace (we suggest 8 seconds to start), and you'll just drift, not too quickly, off to sleep. This app is not intended as a medical treatment or to be used with any diagnosed or suspected medical condition. Always consult a doctor before use. Always be safe and never hold your breath longer than comfortable.
