Calorie Estimator helps you track your daily energy balance by comparing several datapoints from Apple Health. This includes your food intake (from connected apps such as MyFitnessPal and Foodnoms) and your energy expenditure (recorded by fitness devices such as your Apple Watch). This gives you a real-time estimate of whether you're in a calorie deficit or surplus. You also have the option to set a custom value for your daily resting calories, meaning you can still approximate your net calories without wearing a fitness device all day. Simply wear it for your workouts and ensure you have an accurate daily estimate configured in the app. Please note, this app does not save information back to Apple Health. Place an iOS widget on your Home Screen or track the numbers as they change throughout the day on the Apple Watch app.
