Whether you’re experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression, are working or plan to work with a mental health professional such as a therapist or psychiatrist, or just feel that you need help with your mental and physical health, Calm Health can be a source of support and guidance. When you sign up for Calm Health, you’ll receive a personalized action plan to help you understand your health and guide you through recommended programs most relevant to your individual needs. You’ll also have ongoing opportunities to complete short screenings that will give you insight into where you are in your journey and help Calm Health give you a more personalized experience.
